I am having a hard time with my phone...I can record a video, but when I review the video there's no sound. Can anyone tell me what I need to do?
There's a chance that your media sound is either turned off or turned down really low. While playing the video, press the volume up button. Make sure that the media sound volume is going up and not the ringtone. If for some odd reason, this isn't working, try going to your home screen, pressing your Menu button, selecting Sound and display, selecting Media volume, and setting it there.
If your media volume isn't the issue, perhaps you are covering the microphone while you're recording?
