Speakerphone on S6 isn't working.

When trying to use my speakerphone, I can hear the person I'm speaking with but they can't hear me. The case is not covering the microphone. The microphone works fine when used in regular phone mode or if I use voice commands like in Google or Message+. Is this a known problem? Is there a way to fix it?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We know how serious a failing mic can be. We took a look through all known issues and nothing was found that matches what you're describing. Let's see if we can do some of our own troubleshooting to get this fixed for you. How long ago did this issue begin? Any new applications or updates downloaded right before it started?
