How can I stop my Fascinate from syncing contacts with Verizon? It seems 60 of about 2000 have synchronized without my knowledge or control. Bottom line is: I want to control this.

From Home screen...hit menu button...then Settings....
click on Accounts and Sync...
click on Backup Assistant ...
'Uncheck' the Auto_Sync option...
No more synced with verizon...but I want to..just go back in and turn it on.
