Whenever I power down and try to power up my new S 4 it gets stuck on the Verizon welcome screen. I need help with this. Thanks
I'm sorry you're having problems with starting up your S4 Arthurobiadazie. Let's figure out what's going on. Please try removing battery and SIM card for 30 seconds, then put back together and try to turn on. Let's see if anything changes.
