Whenever I power down and try to power up my new S 4 it gets stuck on the Verizon welcome screen. I need help with this. Thanks
I'm sorry you're having problems with starting up your S4 Arthurobiadazie. Let's figure out what's going on. Please try removing battery and SIM card for 30 seconds, then put back together and try to turn on. Let's see if anything changes. Here are steps to remove SIM card: http://vz.to/11dV8Jg
If you continue to have same problem when you start up again, please try a Hard Reset. You may need to do the Alternate Method; however, here are steps for Hard Reset: http://vz.to/14HSXQZ
