Swype keyboard issues after installing Lollipop

I've updated to Lollipop on my Samsung S4. Experiencing two issues now. 1) I can't increase the font size (when composing an email). I'm using Cox Cable as my email provider. The font adjustment only affects incoming emails. 2) I have Spanish and Italian languages downloaded on my (Verizon-supplied) Swype Keyboard App. With Lollipop, my phone now locks-up each time I try to switch between languages (via the Space Bar). I've deleted and reinstalled the extra languages, pulled the battery, cleared out the cache and even cleaned out the partition cache. Nothing helps. PLEASE ADVISE!!

I am sorry to hear of the issues after the update. To change your font size when composing an email, when you are in the screen to compose an email there should be a little tab to the right with an arrow in it. If you tap on the tab it will give you an option for the font size. In regards to the issues with the Swype keyboard, have you tried placing the device in safe mode to see if you still experience the issue? http://vz.to/1IrAxaL

Per your instructions, I've located the arrow and found the option for the font size. Thank you.

As for the Swype keyboard lock-up issue, I wasn't able to isolate and resolve it using the Safe Mode process. I ended up having to perform a Factory Reset, which I was hoping to avoid. The keyboard issue (as well as other stability issues I was experiencing) seems to be resolved for the time being.
