Sync Disabled

On my Samsung GS3 once it came off of roaming from our trip all my email accounts are showing "Sync Disabled" even though I have changed the settings to sync while roaming, set the email pref to sync, the phone says its not roaming, re-started it, etc... Please help as this is a business phone and I am hoping there is a better answer than delete my 3 email accounts and reload them. What good is global roaming if you have to re-install email accounts once your back home?

If I go to settings while each email account is open it says that sync is enabled but if I go to settings from the home screen and then click on email accounts it says sync disabled and I cant change it there

We definitely want to find an easier way to get your email flowing again, Ksquared2. It sounds like you've already gotten started in the right direction. Are all 3 email account Gmail? If they are, http://vz.to/GzOplG is a great place to start. If not, what type of email addresses are not syncing? Are you able to access the internet alright from your phone? Are you using an application downloaded from the market to get your email? I'll be looking forward to hearing more from you.

One account is Gmail

One is Hotmail

One is through our website

I just went through the email setup that was on the phone when I got it.

Hey there ksquared2,

Thanks for all that you have done so far. I know that you were looking to avoid this, but since the settings are already set to sync and it is still not syncing my best recommendation would be to remove,http://vz.to/15JUNgk and readd,http://vz.to/1c2rDQP the e-mail accounts.
