This fails with no error just a generic screen that says to try reloading or an error 'MAY' have occurred.

Is there a problem with the latest update attempting to connect with a browser via the phone and the provided link?

Is the link provided still valid?

Ora - That is awesome that you are getting the update! Are you on 4G when you try to get the update or WiFi? Does it ever say "Checking for updates"? Have you tried to restart the phone to retest it?
