The ability to have a subject line appear in a text message must be checked off under the messaging settings. it is not on by default.

Lets figure it out Northsider! First, you need to make sure that the Show Subject Field is turned on. Go to Settings > Messages > Show Subject Field and turn on. The sender needs to have theirs on as well for it to work. Let us know how it goes. Thank you, LenaA_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupport
