Text messaging is not working

I am in zip code 60525, near intersection of Joliet Rd and LaGrange Rd. I noticed my text mssgs werent going thru and I wasnt receiving any. I restarted my phone, received a couple of text, but still cant send a text. I restarted twice and its still not working. Trying to send has been circling for the last 15 minutes.

What text messaging app are you using? Have you tried uninstalling/re-installing it?

Are you able to make/receive calls ok? Does the issue occur whether you're on WiFi or not?
