My Wife (Galaxy III) does not have GO SMS and auto retrieve is checked in Stock SMS and still shows download when she receives pictures within text message. Tap download but nothing downloads. Worked until new upgrade. Suggestions>?
Is mobile data turned on? Have you tried also turning wi-fi off?
