When receiving a text I not only hear the alert tone but also a voice announcing the caller. How do I turn the voice off?
see if these help:
Settings -> Accessibility, make sure that TalkBack is turned off
Settings -> Language and input -> Text-to-speech output, make sure that Driving mode is turned off
