I called in a power outage last night. The 911 operator could not hear but half of what I said. I was standing outside. If I go in my house, many calls drop or I can only hear half. I have been to the store twice and they say it's fine. I did not do this when I first got it. My wife has an Iphone and has NO problem. Where can I get service?
