I called in a power outage last night. The 911 operator could not hear but half of what I said. I was standing outside. If I go in my house, many calls drop or I can only hear half. I have been to the store twice and they say it's fine. I did not do this when I first got it. My wife has an Iphone and has NO problem. Where can I get service?

We need to keep you connected when you need it the most! Is the signal showing low bars or does this happen even with plenty bars of signal? Is this only affecting voice services or data connections as well? Let's try refreshing the phone with the network by removing the SIM card for 10 seconds and reinsert it. I look forward to your reply so we can bring back the reliable service you deserve!
