Touch Screen not responding - help!!

The touch screen on my Galaxy S3 is not responding, I reset it to factory settings but it is still not working and now I can not set up the phone.. please help

Try this:
PRESS AND HOLD VOLUME UP + Home Button + Power
- Turn the phone off
- Press and hold Volume UP and Home (center) button
- Press Power until the phone vibrates
- Wait until you see the Android logo then release all the buttons
- Select Wipe data/Factory reset with VOLUME DOWN, press Power (right hand-side)
- Select YES...delete all user data with VOLUME DOWN and then Press Power
- After format, press Power again to reboot the phone (select reboot system now)
If you are still unsure you should call VZW tech support.

I did this & still nothing
took battery out several times, this is so frustrating. Thanks for the response .. to the Verizon store I go in the morning I guess.
