I cannot transfer my photos to pc..
What issue are you encountering? Have you pulled down the notification shade, tapped where it says USB Charging, and changed it to File Transfer?

have you bluetooth on pc. try that way or worse yet, send them via email attached to email then download. if you use cloud app, see in cloud app if photos are included in backup, then download from cloud online.
