Been trying to generate a transfer number PIN and it will not work.
Doing it in the browser simply returns a message "Something went wrong."
Doing it in the app generates a blank page that says "Here is your PIN" but no number anywhere.
Talking to a representative got me nowhere and I was told I must go to a store to get the PIN generated.
I can't get to a store for a few days and need the PIN today. What other options can I try? What can I do to get this PIN? It really seems like Verizon just doesn't want me to have it.
