I am trying to add an email account and I keep getting this error...Login Error Request timed out. I have changed my settings, but it's still giving me this error message.
Which email domain? Have you checked the mobile server settings associated with that email domain address?
No I haven’t check that. Where do I look for that? It’s an outlook account for work.
If it is a work email account, I would suggest checking with your IT dept to verify your phone is setup properly to access the account.
