I receive txt messages that don't show pics that have been sent. It says download, but I click on it, & nothing happens.
Mine's been doing that also. They reset my phone at the store last week and it worked good for a few days and now it's back to the same thing.
Receiving your picture messages is important, pgaescarcega! Your Note 3 does need to be connected to our Mobile Network when sending and receiving picture messages. Do you have the phone connected to Wifi when this happens? You can also try running your phone in Safe Mode http://vz.to/1mPm4uw to ensure the issue is not related to an application on your phone.
