Why cant i download pictures to my pc. Device is seen but nothing visable.
Did you pull down the notification shade and change the USB mode from charging to File Transfer?

What kind of a phone do you have?
It might be easier to save your pictures to your Verizon Cloud (just download the app to your phone) and then you can view them on your PC.
