Unable to get FamilyBase to work on S6

My kids both have Samsung S6s that were bought at the same time. On one S6 I am unable to get FamilyBase to pair up with my account so that I can control from the FamilyBase app on my phone. Whereas one phone works fine with FamilyBase and I can lock it and see all FamilyBase options, the other phone will not. I have tried everything I can find to get it working correctly. The phone is showing on my app, but no activity or controls are shown. Anyone else have this problem and found a fix?

Denbush, I understand wanting to get Family Base to work. This is a good way to monitor and keep limits on your children. If it works on one it certainly should work on the other. Have you taken a side by side look on both phones to make sure they are set up the same way? Have you tried to reboot the phone that is not working correctly?

Yes, I have tried every combinations of installing, rebooting, turning off and everything that I can imagine including all the help offered by the application. I have reinstalled the companion app no less than 20 times over the last 4 months all without success. Before I handed the phones to my kids I installed the app. One phone was instantly recognized and the other never has been. These were replacements for S4s that both connected to the app. The only think I haven't done is take the phone back to factory and restart the process.

Thanks for giving those steps a shot. We definitely want to figure out what might be going on here. We can also attempt to remove the Family Base feature from the account itself and then re-add it to see if that will allow us to add the devices and ensure they get set up. Also, tbo27 has a good point, and are you able to confirm that both would be set up as the Child?

Everything on my account is setup as a child except for my phone. How do I go about removing the Family Base feature and adding it back. Is that something I do or will it require something on Verizon's end to try? Also, while I am here, I have three Eclipse 8 tablets. When they were added to the account the salesperson said I could add Familybase Companion to them as well. However, that has not been successful either. Is Familybase compatible with the tablets? Thanks!
