I recently got the Samsung Galaxy S5. I am now unable to open video attachements (.mov) from I-phone users that were previously no problem on my Droid. Do I need to change settings or download an additional app?

The message I get is "No app can open this attachment for viewing". I have only had this phone for just over a month and have not updated any of the software. This has been an issue since I got the phone.

Have you tried to delete the text messgae thread and trying again? Also are you using the native text message application?
