Unable to send or receive group messages on Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. It started with the last software update. Is there any fix for this in the works?
Thank you for letting us know about your messaging concern. Being able to send Group Messages is priority. I'd be happy to check into this further. What messaging app do you use? Are you able to send/receive picture messages?

I am also having this issue, I use the Verizon Messages+ app, but have tried using the default and have the same issue still. It also affects the ability to send and receive multimedia messages.
I am also having this issue though it extends to sending any multimedia messages such as photo or video. I use the Verizon Messages+ app, though the problem exists across the default as well.
Add me to the list of folks with this issue. Activated my new S22 Ultra yesterday and started with the default message app. When I discovered that I wasn't receiving group texts I switched to Message+ and that didn't resolve the issue.
I will be sending a Private Note your way on this platform in order to check the account together and be sure that there are no blocks on MMS messages for your line or account. Please reply to that Private Note so that we can check on this as soon as possible.

I have not received anything yet from you, but I wanted you to know that my wife also purchased a new S22 the same day as me and I just activated hers today. She is also having the same issue. Hopefully, we can work through this together soon.

So, when I contacted support initially, I was told I had to take it in to a service center. When I did so, the employees told me that they were aware of the issue, but were not authorized to resolve it. I was told to file a new support ticket through the My verizon app. I did so, and Verizon fixed the issue within an hour.
Thanks ockocher. I opened a service request through My Verizon and they fixed both our phones within 10 minutes.
