Unknown documents on my new phone

I just received my Samsung s8. After searching for some files I had transferred from my old phone I noticed some of them that we're not mine. They were in Spanish and looked like it was for a class. Had this happened to anyone else? I wasn't supposed to get a refurbished phone!

Making sure that you receive the device that you expected, is important. I know I would be equally concerned if the phone I received had some files in another language on it. Freeheart04, I'd like to help address your concerns regarding your S8. I do need to gather some information to best assist. What did you receive the device as(an upgrade, a replacement)? When you powered on the device for the first time, did you need to set it up? Where did you find these files in Spanish?
