Hello all! After last update at the end of August, my SD card has stopped working. Not just stopped working.....I can't even detect it on my computer. I wouldn't be so sick over it except it has pics on it from just recently when my daughter was in Children's Hospital for a week and the entire family was in because we almost lost her. She's not totally out of the woods yet. There are alot of pics on there that mean ALOT to me....and now because of Verizon's stupid update...they are gone. Does anyone know how to access an SD card that can't be seen anywhere? Please help!!! Thanks! Lisa

Have you tried removing the SD card from the phone and trying to use an adapter to read the card in your computer? If you still can't see anything on the card, you can try specialized services that can recover data, but you have to decide if the cost is worth it.

Just an FYI, I recently had an SD card in my tablet stop functioning, and even with an adapter and my computer, there was no card detected....I just got a new card and started over; but most of my photos were backed up to Google One Drive (Windows) in addition to the SD card so it was not a hard thing to do, just the cost of the new SD card. I hope you can recover the lost photos; I try to use two different storage areas, local and cloud, so I don't lose everything.
