Hello. I rarely post here but I am trying to upgrade a device online and wondering if at any point in the process it allows you to put down additional money to lower your payment. I see none. I reached out to support via chat and was told there is during the checkout process, but I don't see it anywhere. Does it make a difference what you are upgrading to? They told me its on the bottom of the page after you begin the secure checkout, but I looked all over and didn't see anything.
