According to the article VZW every update “involves extensive testing to ensure the device integrity and the customer experience are not compromised.”
For some reason I don't think VZW cares much about the "customer experience". Just my opinion.
Spot on carseller! I read the article and it was laughable. I'm never read such a pile of rubbish in all my life. If you require further proof vzw could care less, think about how long they sat on the 4.0.4 update while their valued customer base sat and twisted in the wind!
