Verizon Cloud Never Works

Years and years of quirky cruddy Verizon Cloud. Never loads. Sick of the "Oops" reload messages. I really need access now and cant connect from any device or computer. Guys at Verizon store say jts really bad. Ok, next, but need to access data now and move it out. Ideas?

We want you to have access to all of your information, Sailorgal4. When did you first notice an issue with accessing the service? Have you attempted to log in using a different Internet browser? When is the last time you were able to access the Verizon Cloud service without issue?
