Are photos in the VZ Media folder in my Gallery automatically backed up to Verizon Cloud? I suffered an accidental factory reset and lost all my photos. The photos I had taken with my camera (Camera folder) appear to be backed up, but I can't find the photos (which were downloaded from text messages) that were in my VZ Media folder. I have a Samsing Note 10 phone.
