Verizon Issuing Refund For Note 7 Very Fast At Least!!!

Even though Note 7 recall was not handle professionally and efficiently By Verizon and Samsung but Verizon shouldn't get blame for everything!!! It's was not like Verizon and Samsung were standing by for the Recall to be happened!! It's just caught them off-guard!!!

Verizon have already got most of the first recall #1 Note 7 and in the process of getting second recall #2 of Note 7 And Verizon have been processing those refund super fast after they received Note 7 so credit goes to Verizon Employees and Forum Moderators whom deserve some credit after all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please don't blame Verizon for everything...............

I haven't seen [Removed] from Verizon and have been given misinformation by both the store and customer service and nobody can tell me when I'm getting my refund either. Granted it's not Verizon's fault but it's not my fault either!! I am still waiting on a credit of my down payment for my 2 note 7's so that I can replace my ticking time bombs.

Maybe in your world, I'm still waiting for a way to return my Note 7. In the meantime I've switched phones but Verizon is still holding my $350 hostage until I return the phone, which they won't let me do until they send me the box (as the corporate stores won't take it). Sending the boxes also appears to be something theycan't do.

So I don't blame Verizon for everything, just the stupid things they are actually doing.

I too am still waiting for this "box" to be delivered so that I can return my Note 7 which Samsung and Verizon say we should do. I've had my new phone for two weeks now and still no "box." I don't think Verizon is handling this situation well at all! For the first recall, customers were able to take their phones to a corporate store and exchange for a "new" Note 7. The process was relatively simple. The second time around Verizon does not want you to return to a corporate store but wants exchanges online. Frankly, their website sucks and now I have been pretty skillfully moved from a two-year contract to a device payment contract. Meanwhile, I have not seem dime one of all of the money I've spent for the two-year contract price, plus upgrade fees, plus taxes, plus accessories, plus "incentives."

I have yet to see any type of credits for the accessories purchased, taxes on the two Note7s I purchased, or the $100 credit/phone, even though I have already traded in my Note7s for different phones and sent the Note7s back in the return box.

what's up with this post? kinda hilarious.

i only see ppl voicing their frustration of not having any refund on tax/fee yet.

For me, i haven't really logon to my credit-card account that often; (normally once a month to make payment); now i login everyday to check for the refund!! So inconvenient. What a wrong decision to be one of the first getting the Note7. So regretted.

(Note-to-self: even the Note8 or S8 came out, do wait for a month or two to make sure they're recall-free!!!!)
