Verizon Samsung S21 Ultra allows me to ADD call but then WILL NOT MERGE the call for conference!! The conference feature is critical to my work!!! What is going on -- what is the solution? You are also dropping a good number of my calls. What is the problem -- what is the fix!

How long have these issues been going on with your Galaxy S21 Ultra? Is the phone up to date with the most recent software?
