Stop telling everyone to do a factory reset...It's like Obama reading off a teleprompter for every word he says! Get a new script for your customer service call center and delete the factory reset verbiage. IT DOES NOT WORK.....PERIOD!

I do believe for some problems a Factory Reset is the right answer, but not when it comes to missed calls/text messages.
