Has anyone read/heard/received any 411 on this free offering thus far? It's already March 19 and nothing has come out on this. Even customer support wasn't up to speed on this matter.

It's March 22. I just chatted online with a rep who has no idea when it is going to be free. It's almost April. What gives Verizon?
