I have Yahoo mail, gmail, and verizon account. The Yahoo and Gmail work perfectly. The issue is my verizon account. I will read or reply to a message from my phone and it doesn't show that when I log-in on my laptop and vice-versa. So I end up replying twice to same message because I can't remember what I have replied to. I spoke to Verizon tech today and they told me it was a samsung issue. I spoke to samsung and they said since the other email accounts are working it is an issue with verizon's email service. Please help me out. Thanks.

This is a behavior of how you setup the Verizon email account on the phone. POP3, IMAP and exchange setups act differently on the phone and how it interacts with the email server.
Do you know how your Verizon email address is setup on the phone?

Hi I am not Ann154 but here goes.
With pop3 email setup after you get the proper incoming and outgoing settings entered you would go into the settings of your phone and use the scroll box to be "remove from server" so that your email will not be showing on your computer when you log into your email account.
