Hi, I have been a verizon customer for about 20 years, but I needed to cancel my account and switch carriers, now that I am with a different carrier, my daughter's phone can not make calls to landlines. It is a galaxy s3 (verizon). Can you please help me unblocking it so we can use it with the other carrier with no problems? Thank you
