Hi, I have been a verizon customer for about 20 years, but I needed to cancel my account and switch carriers, now that I am with a different carrier, my daughter's phone can not make calls to landlines. It is a galaxy s3 (verizon). Can you please help me unblocking it so we can use it with the other carrier with no problems? Thank you
We're definitely saddened to see you leave us leomendoza! Unfortunately we do not unlock wireless devices for use with alternative carriers.
