It only took me a few weeks after changing over to Verizon, to become disenchanted with some of their practices. These frustrations, so far, apply only to the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge. I hope not to find anymore shady practices by you Verizon. The first thing that irritates me, is that my wife's S7 won't send MMS messages. After doing some research online, it has to do with the way you have set the APN. It can't be altered by me because you have locked it out. Along with locking access to APN settings, you have also made is so she can't send MMS, no pictures, videos, nothing! Very stupid and frustrating you guys!!!
Another thing I learned tonight, is that you have chosen to have the option to use Samsung's Find My Mobile feature. It doesn't take one long to figure out why you have done that, and the answer is disgusting. You are already the most expensive carrier out there, yet you disable this basic feature of Samsung phones so that we can't use anything like that without paying another $10 a month for it! Seriously? Not a good first impression on me Verizon.
