I recently purchased some ring tones from Verizon Tones app. The first tone after purchase stated that my SD Card wasn't connected and it was unable to download. After I checked my card and retried, it stated the ringtone was already purchased and that I can download it from my Music Inbox. I cannot find my Music Inbox anywhere. No where on my phone. No where within the app itself. Can anyone help me find the 'Music Inbox'?

Hi TrizzleDizzle!
Let's get this figured out! To view your downloads, launch VZW tones, press the menu button and then select downloads. We're here if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Thanks,

Where is everyone seeing this "Menu Button" on the Verizon Tunes app? All I have is a address bar, search button, scrolling screen for albums, "What's New", "What's Hot", Browse, Ringback Tone Jukeboxes, Manage Ringback Tones and Recommendations???? I downloaded a song to my "Music Inbox" and can not find it. Does anyone on here know what the deal is, so frustrated with this? I've already tried the 8998 text, useless response provided, scanned my entire phone for the song, nothing, looked in every possibly "Music" app I have on my Galaxy 5 phone and nothing. If the service doesn't work properly than it shouldn't be available? Need help please?
