I receive nan update push 1/9/14. I updated and now my camera flash goes off every time my phone rings, gets a text, or email. What's the deal?
rannfam,We're here for you! Please go to Menu > Settings > Accessibility > scroll down to "Flash Notification." If checked, please uncheck. If it's not checked but your phone is flashing, please try turning it on and then back off. Hope that helps!ElizabethE_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupport
