I keep my Note 5 on vibrate or mute at work. Any time a call comes in, it takes the phone off of vibrate and mute (I've tested both). Is there a way to keep the phone in vibrate or mute even after a call comes in?
are you using the sound icon in the notification panel to select how you're notified??
