What are the rules for video calling on the Note 8? Does it only work if your are calling another Note 8? Only on Verizon Network? What? I just bought a Note 8 and it doesn't look like I'm able to call my S7 Edge.
IeshiaRenee, keeping you connected on your Note 8 is a must wen making a video call. On Android devices, HD Voice is a setting which assists in enabling video calls to be made. Here is a link to enable HD Voice: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-214390/ . Is the S7 Edge able to receive video calls from other devices?
