When I transfer videos to my computer, I cannot view them like I did with the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. Any suggestions?
Are we talking a Mac or windows.
SOLARSUBSTANCE, we certainly want you to be able to view the videos that you transferred to your computer. Does this happen with all videos transferred or just some videos? Are you using a Mac or Windows computer?
