Both pictures and videos are checked to backup, but the cloud says I don't have any videos, just pictures (which are up-to-date). Any ideas what could be wrong?

Have you been through the Content Restore process?
Menu Icon >Content Restore > Check off the desired content
If you do not see the videos then we will need to reach out by escalating a ticket to our network team.
If the content is there try to make sure you are on WiFi before the restore.

Restore? Shouldn't the content on my phone be automatically backed up to Verizon Cloud if the settings have videos checked off to be backed up? I can see the videos on my phone & play them, but they are not in my Cloud account. Sorry for the long delay, I have not been online since I posted. Thanks!

I'm just glad you were able to get in touch with each other again.
If it is checked, you should see them in the cloud. May I ask where you are accessing the Cloud content? Is it from a computer (PC) or Mac?

Thanks. I access the cloud from my phone (Samsung 5) and my PC. There are now 4 videos there, but a bunch are still missing ![]()

I probably have 20 videos on the phone, mostly small ones-family, etc. On the cloud there are four. I'm not even sure what caused the 4 to finally back up. Seems to be 4 larger ones though.

AO did not say they were trying to RESTORE their content, sounds like they were trying to BACKUP their videos.
The PICTURES are backed up, but the VIDEOS are not.

Try using Dropbox or OneDrive instead to backup?
