How can I setup visual Voicemail on prepaid plans?

Visual Voicemail isn't available for Android phones on the prepaid plans.

Hello, Eddiesuarez. Visual Voicemail is not available for Android smartphones on Prepaid Plans at this time. On Prepaid accounts only Visual Voicemail for the iPhone is available.
