Basic question. I had a s7 note and had visual voicemail, traded in for the s7 edge & still had vvm. I recently had to get a replacement phone and now i can only access basic vm. When I tap the vm app only thing I can do is hit the "call vm" button! How do I change this back to vvm? Help, frustrated! Who actually has time to call and listen to vm's? Thanks
