My wife and I just purchased S20 FE's. When not on a network (Data or WiFi), the voice to text function of Message+ does not work. We get a message saying "No Network Connection". The phones are not in Airplane Mode, just data turned off and no wifi connected. This was never an issue on our S7's. Does anyone know what is going on?
