Why is it I cannot see archived voicemails within the Voicemail app? I used the samsung smart switch app and went from a S7 to a S20 FE. The switch created a VisualVoiceMail folder on the new phone with all my archived voicemails. Yet when I try to access them by selecting the Archive at the bottom within the app, they do not appear. Am I missing something?
Hey, mjtedrow! Have you confirmed that the files actually transferred over? If you check the files on your old phone, are you able to export the files to your new phone using a cloud service? - ScottD_VZW
