Every day I get a notification stating "oops something went wrong with the voicemail". When someone tries to leave a message, it states voice mailbox full, cannot leave a message. However, my voicemail only has 16 is not full. It started after a recent update from Samsung.
How are you accessing the voicemail? Through the application or by dialing the *86 number.

Through the app. Since posting, I went into app manager forced stop, cleared cache and data and so far no issues. I am cautiously optimistic.
Forcing the app to stop, clearing the cache and the data resolved the issue.
