Voicemail has incorrect time and date

To Whom It May Concern,

Afternoon. I am having issues with my voicemail labeling my voicemail different from my current location. I have a 912 number, but I am living in Colorado. It will greatly correct some confusion if this issue can be rectified.

We always want everything to be correct for all of our customers, JJI12. We can help explain.

Our customers' voicemail boxes are associated with their phone number's area code, not where the phone is physically located at. This means in order to change your voicemail location would require a phone number change to where you are currently located at.

We see that the area code 912 is based in Savannah, GA. So that is the location your voicemail should be based out of. Does this information help?
