The voicemail symbol can't be cleared. All voicemail is deleted, & none saved. Restart of the phone doesn't do anything. On startup, the phone gives audible alert as if there's new voicemail, and the "New voicemail, dial *86 and time" comes up. But there's no voicemail. Took phone to Verizon store, they couldn't solve it, said they'd never seen that before.
