Ever since i had switched my phone, my voicemail does not work. It says that my services doesn't give me permisson, but it was working on my last phone. So now i can't go onto my voicemail. Do you need to reset it? Or how does this even accure?? 😕 Please get back to me ASAP! Thanks.

We want you to be able to access your voicemail. Are you attempting to access your voicemail by dialing *86 or are you attempting to access your voicemail through the visual voicemail application?

Thank you for cofirming Chenellebecker1998. We want to continue working towards a resolution. If someone calls you and you do not answer, are they able to leave a voicemail on your line? What happens when you open the voicemail app on your phone?

I think someone can leave me a voicemail, but when I try to open my

voicemail, it says, "your service does not allow u to make this call" then

hangs up. I was able to check my voicemail before, and then since I

sswitched phones, it doesn't let me.

Chenellebecker1998, thank you for your patience. I know how important it is to have access to your voice-mail messages. Lets figure this out. Did you switch from an Android device to Apple or vice versa? Have you checked your My Verizon page to see if the voice-mail feature is added? You can do that here >> http://vz.to/2f213jY
